Our products offer seamless access to diverse information on Canadian companies, media sources, regulatory bodies and government agencies.  Key research solutions developed to serve the Canadian market include The Toronto Star, the Globe and Mail, Canadian Business and Current Affairs (CBCA), and elibrary Canada.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Effective Sunday December 17, 2006, the method to access the Toronto Star-Pages of the Past, and Canada's Heritage from 1844--Globe and Mail has changed.

ProQuest has migrated access to the Toronto Star - Pages of the Past and Canada's Heritage from 1844- Globe and Mail to the ProQuest platform.   This change was implemented because of our recent agreement with Grey House.

The CIRC platform access has been disabled and the account administrators will need to set up access using the ProQuest platform.

IMPORTANT USAGE NOTE: December 2006 usage will  be uploaded to the CIRC system on 12/22/06. If you have an administrator account, you should still be able to login and obtain usage reports after the transition to the ProQuest access method through the end of December. Please login using your CIRC admin credentials. If you do not have a CIRC administrator login, or if you would like ProQuest to send  you the usage reports, please send your request to customer_service@proquest.com.
We will send the 2006 usage report to you as soon as it is available to us.

Because of  technical differences between the CIRC and ProQuest platforms, statistics may not be immediately available for your account after the transition to the ProQuest access method.
Please be assured that ProQuest is making every effort to provide usage statistics as expeditiously as possible.

NOTE: If you are a remote-access patron, please contact your library reference desk, your institutional help desk, or your offsite support services for assistance.   ProQuest Technical Support will have to work directly with the subscribing institution to resolve access problems and will not be able to supply login credentials.
